So the exotic tile finishes make it extremely difficult to finish the arch-shaped niche and you will require trim.

Now is it possible to tile a curved arch niche yes! however, tiling a curved wall does take more precise work.

To properly tile a curved niche, you’ll either need a mosaic tile or if you are using a larger tile you will to cut them down to a smaller size to about a 5cm width set up.

Doing so will make the tiles easier to manipulate around the bends of the wall and allow you to follow the curved nature of the tiled edge.

The other aspect of tiling a curved niche is you will most definitely need to use a tiling trim.

Tiling trim allows you to finish tiling the curved arch as if can not miter those edges so without the matching tiling trim it will look horrible.

Undoubtedly the most popular finish in a curved box is the tiled finish but the original and becoming more popular is the plastered arch shower niche.
