We are always looking to what is next, its only natural and bathroom renovations are no different. The worry of spending money on something that will look old-fashioned is something my clients often stress about. Anyone who has ever read anything I have posted knows I base most of my suggestions on being practical. I could suggest outlandish bathroom trends like real wood panel walls or the double dutch sinks but these are not trends I believe in. Below are my 4 practical bathroom trends that will be big in 2019 renovations.
If you are not interested in reading a longer break down below are the 4 dot points.
Simple Bathrooms – Minimalist Bathroom, Wall Hung Vanities, Wall Vanity Mixers, No Bricks
Luxury Items – Heating Elements A Must, Shower Boxes, Limited Grout
Relaxing Baths – Freestanding and Semi Freestanding Baths
Tiles Are King – Encaustic, Marble and Wave Leaf Tiles
Small bathrooms can be annoying plain and simple. A lot of our bathroom we renovation in Perth have are ensuites on the smaller side and our clients are often frustrated trying to make this space the best it can be. The way I always look at it is aim to de-clutter, whether its the mirror cabinet to get items off the benchtop or making a shower floor hobless you want to create a minimalist bathroom at all times.
It’s important to note that all our advice is general in nature and all bathrooms are unique so always speak to your local qualified tradesman for the best advice.
