Matt white tapware will be big in 2024 and 2025 bathroom tapware trends due to the fact it is different but still goes with the grey terrazzo trends which is super popular.

Additionally, it compliments the tones of the bathroom while making itself a feature without being a blinding overpowering finish.

Antique brass tapware is trending at a remarkable rate in the 2020s. The reason for this is a few factors but for it is driven by a new to create personable spaces that reflect an owner’s lifestyle and home design.

Personally what I love about about antique brass tapware is how dark the finish is.

I am not the biggest fan of black tapware as I find it too dark but this lovely antique finish is perfect for a lover of darker but not too dark.

Like all these trending 2023/2024 tapware they all good with the ever-popular Terrazzo look tiles in your bathroom.

Furthermore, antique brass tapware allows for a client to create a bathroom with neutral tones and make the tapware the start of the room like the example below.

Copper Tapware

Brushed copper tapware is one of the future tapware of bathrooms. It is best used for me personally in bold bathrooms such as Tadelakt/Venetian plastered bathrooms as this really raw feeling bathroom tapware goes so well with these organic natural feeling bathrooms.

Not easy to pull off and look great but so worth it.

So below is the perfect example of the copper tapware organic bathroom trend.

Using raw wall materials like micro cement you create a purely natural feeling bathroom space that is a match made in heaven with the copper tapware.

Copper tapware though is not just for grout-less bathrooms you can use them in rooms that are white and neutral as the standout feature.

Final Thoughts/Facts

Finally, we come down to my thoughts on the 2024 trending tapware and pretty much 2025 tapware trends and I am here to say that everything will be different

As designers and home renovators looking to push the boundaries of renovations, they look to more exotic finishes of tapware. Matt white is different but neutral, both copper and antique brassware are the more adventurous tapware types.

Personally, I love copper tapware and I think it is the one finish that will be around to stay as it really goes well with a lot of bathroom types I prefer it to the brushed brass which is too gold for me.
