This article is just a quick recap of our bathroom at Hayward Road, Martin.
Using ultra-modern fitting and fixtures with a combination of metallic wall tiles and floor. The bathroom renovation took place in 2012 and looks the same today as it was the day we completed it. Taking 3 weeks it required extensive moving of walls and creation of space to create a large bathroom. Below are examples of each element of the bathroom.
Shower Head: The rain shower and separate handrail are the examples below. For the rain shower, the shower outlet is installed into the ceiling and another outlet is created for a sliding rail on the wall. This cost will add almost double to the price but gives an incredible combo without the bulkiness of the pre-made combo

Shower Drain: The shower drain is a stainless steel strip drain 900mm. The strip drain allows for the use of larger tiles.

Window: The window installed was a glass block window with no ventilation blocks.
Glass block windows allow for a high degree of light to enter but still maintains privacy.

Bath: The below bath is a spa bath. With installing spa baths you will need to have extra wiring installed back to the main line so please keep in mind the high added costing for such a bath

Vanity and Tiles: The vanity is a gloss white, soft close base. The vessel basin is a marble bowl with a high tower mixer and grey sparkle stone top. The tiles are called Metallic Storm and are 300 x 600 rectified

I hope the recap above gave you a little insight into the bathroom renovation. It’s ultra modern which goes well in the rural setting the house is located in.
